¶    Two site visits per year

¶    Same day response (8 hours)

¶    Cover for eights hours per day, 7 days per week

¶    Cover for Dietician department and Formula room

¶ Training of all EDM2000 users and up to 2 new dieticians per year

 Cost per month: £399 (cost per day: £13.12)

Cost per annum: £4,789 * or €6,080 (€16.65 per day)

Additional on-site work or chargeable work at standard rate less 15% discount.  A minimum of half a day charge per visit.

 * Additional charges may apply if hospital is in a congestion charging area

NB: If your hospital runs EDM2000 across a multi-site configuration then Silver level support is the minimum level of support available.  If you use the ward order, meal order, or/and PAS import modules then this is also the minimum level.
